I will provide my Clients with everything, to make their real estate transaction go smoothly. I know the stress of buying or selling real estate so I believe it is the Realtors job to provide a stress free transaction if all possible. I will prequalify the Buyers before showing houses so they know what they are qualified to buy. For the Seller it is good to know that Buyers can afford their house before they see it. For both Buyers and Sellers, I try to work out all the details without them having to do the work. Only if they are required to do something, do I have them do anything. I will set up inspections, responses, financing, repairs, all the paperwork that is needed to close the transaction so they will enjoy their Real Estate experience as a Wonderful Experience. I work with people who are in need of a Home Loan Modification, to try to modify their loan with their Lender. I will show the other options that could be available to them if a loan modification cannot be worked out. But I don't want to see anyone to lose their home, so I work hard to try to get a Loan Modification. I do work on REO's that are available thru myself or any other Realtor. I have worked on REO's for the last 8 years so I do have the knowledge to complete the Transaction for any Buyer. I also work on Short Sales of Houses. Most Lenders want to work with a Realtor to Short Sale their homes that are in Foreclosures. The Realtors have the knowledge and experience to know what paperwork and information that the Lenders want to complete a Short Sale. One last thing, you don't have to move out of your house when you are notified of a foreclosure of your house. The lender would rather have you Short Sale the house rather than letting it go to Foreclosure.
